Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited University
5+ years of experience in similar field
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Must have experience in a wide variety of portage work. Develop the training program according to the intended audience, in terms of education and literacy level.
Shall be able to conduct new hire orientation, on the job and classroom training for all new hire contractor personnel.
Also, he/she shall be able to carry out any other related training as instructed by the Company.
Maintain training records, including dates, training content, and names of trainers and trainees. Conduct periodic competency assessments and refresher training as needed (e.g., at least quarterly).
Ensure that all contractor personnel follow the approved and adopted procedures on the job sites and participate in quality improvement plan.
