Responsibilities:
- The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the training programs for all restaurant staff.
- This role ensures that new hires and existing employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively.
- The Training Coordinator will work closely with the department head and the restaurant management team to identify training needs, develop training materials.
Job Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Support the on boarding process to ensure a
smooth transition for new employees.
Excellent performance may also lead to a promotion as a Trainer.
