Training Content Creator

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Content Creator at Kratos in Mumbai. The Training Content Creator will be responsible for developing and designing training materials, creating engaging content for workshops and sessions, and conducting research to ensure up-to-date and relevant training content. The Training Content Creator will also collaborate with the training team to develop innovative learning solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

• Strong content creation and design skills
• Experience in developing training materials and curricula
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and instructional design software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
