- To plan, coordinate and manage all training programmes conducted in-house.
- To ensure all activities comply to ISO 9001:2015.
- To manage all training administrative activities especially HRDC related matters.
- To assist consultants in preparing training proposals and training reports.
- To support SBU business and the company as a whole.

- Carrying out consultancy, training or learning activities and deliverables
- Lead projects or programme management
- Deliver marketing and business development
- To conduct learning needs analysis
- To design learning programme/solutions.
- To deliver learning programme, learning assessment and evaluation.
- Requirements:
Degree/Master in any field (HR, Business, Education are encouraged to apply)
- At least 5 years experience in HR or training L&D programme
- English MUET band 3
- Personal Qualities:
- Positive thinking & attitude
- Can travel and work extra time
- Special Requirements:
- Drivers license B2 & D
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
