Job Description

Delivery Executive

This role is for Learning Services team. This is to support the Delivery part which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diversified group of Internal Team & Vendor at all levels.

Delivery Roles:

Roles and Responsibilities:

To plan and organize end to end operations related to training and development on different technologies to customers.

Create & propose a learning solution by understanding the Clients expectation for a project oriented technical expertise.

Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery. Plan out the programs including timelines, budget, target audience and mode of execution.

Conduct discussions with Business Head to understand the process and accomplish the business needs

Scheduling the meetings

Follow up with associates post to training to gather required details as per the training request

Identifying the new vendor pool and maintain the data.

Interaction with sales, finance, travel desk, and the vendors for the proper execution of the tasks given

Identify the problems and significantly improve by adapting existing methods and techniques.

Maintain monthly reports as per technology wise, Timesheets from resources

Participate in monthly reporting meetings
