Designation: Training and Placement Trainee
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (5-minute walk from Railway Station)
Reports to: Director of Placements
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

About The Role
As the Training and Placement Trainee at Andheri, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in assisting with student progress monitoring, career development, and connecting students with suitable job opportunities. This role is essential for enhancing student employability and ensuring the smooth execution of placement activities and events, helping bridge the gap between students and the industry.
What You'll Do
- Student Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor and assess the academic and career development of students.
- Provide regular feedback to students to improve their employability.
- Career Development Assistance:
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Offer guidance to help students achieve their career aspirations and secure employment opportunities.
- Job Role Alignment:
- Work with students to identify their strengths and areas of interest.
- Match students with appropriate job roles and career opportunities based on their skills and aspirations.
- Collaboration & Events Management:
- Collaborate effectively with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of placement activities.
- Organize workshops, masterclasses, placement drives, and networking sessions to connect students with industry professionals and enhance their job prospects.
Additional Duties
Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by management, in line with the overall responsibilities of the position.
Requirements
Who You Are:
Must-Have
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate with teams.
- Analytical abilities to assess student progress and align them with relevant job roles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).
Should Have
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their career development.
- Prior experience in career counseling, training, or placement services.
Nice To Have
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Educational Background
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
Location Preference:
- Candidates residing in Mumbai will be given preference.
