Training and Development Specialist

Overview

PracticeSuite is currently looking for a Training and Development Specialist to join our Kochi, Kerala team. The Training and Development Specialist will play an important role within the growing team. Please find a list of the responsibilities this position will have within our company:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to development by constructing end-user classroom materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and writing supporting documentation.

Create detailed, clear, and engaging training material, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.

Collaborate inclusively with cross-functional team members to promote productivity and effectiveness; take ownership of what you build and coordinate efforts across the teams to ensure the team completes its objectives.

Create and deliver training sessions on new features, ensuring thorough understanding and application.

Provide training and continuous support to customers to ensure their understanding of our system.

Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Develop knowledge to act as a domain expert; share business and technical insights with the broader engineering and product organization.

Ensuring high quality and optimum performance of integration systems by proactively identifying and proposing new, alternative solutions as appropriate.

Design and develop data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.

Help create, plan and run training (LMS) programs.

Maintain LMS and all updates including reporting.

Create interactive training videos with Voice to speech editing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to create engaging and informative content

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong project management and organizational skills to ensure efficient program delivery

Highly motivated and able to work independently

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

A proven ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information

Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
