Position Overview: The Training and Professional Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and professional development initiatives, across our chain of schools. This role ensures that our educators are continually improving their skills and that our schools maintain the highest standards of educational quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for teachers and school administrators
- Identify training needs through needs assessments, surveys, and feedback from school leadership.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Create and implement professional development plans for staff to support career growth and educational excellence.
- Coordinate with external experts and consultants to provide specialized training sessions.
- Maintain records of professional development activities.
- Ensure that all professional development activities align with the latest educational trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with school leaders to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the central office and individual schools for all training and developmentrelated matters.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on training and development, activities.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all training & development activities.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate
- Should be fluent in English communication, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience (of atleast 5+ years) in training and professional development within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of educational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Ability to travel to different school locations across the country as required.
