About the Role:
This position will play a pivotal role in our Learning and Development Department. The
successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed
at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees across various departments and
partners spread globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Build learning plans for new employees and partner agents onboarded in the
organization.
Facilitate induction, orientation and new hire training programs.
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs
and objectives.
Develop comprehensive training plans and materials tailored to the specific
requirements of different roles within the company.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional
techniques and formats.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge
transfer and participant engagement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and
performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in learning and
development methodologies, integrating them into our training programs as
appropriate.
Provide coaching and support to other trainers or facilitators as needed.
Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to continuously improve the overall
training/learning and development framework within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field are preferred
Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, with at least 1.5 years in a similar role.
A dedication to learning and a steadfast commitment to nurturing a culture of ongoing
improvement are essential.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to diverse audience needs and
learning styles.
Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including learning
management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms is preferable.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced organization is highly
desirable.
