About Grow:Grow is the flagship program of Dr. Reddy's Foundation, dedicated to skilling the youth of India. Our mission is to develop employability skills among young women who have completed their 12th grade or graduated, helping them secure jobs in the private sector. The program focuses on a range of core employability skills, including:

• Communicative English
• Digital Literacy
• Soft Skills
• Communication Skills
• Digital Problem Solving
• Sector & Work Readiness
• Interview Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions based on the predefined session plan to identified youth.
• Develop and impart skills and knowledge on the identified subjects as per the designed curriculum.
• Prepare learners to confidently face interviews.
• Conduct concurrent assessments to measure students progress.
• Maintain data related to training and other activities.
• Participate in center activities, such as organizing Parents Meet, following up on retention, and collecting training feedback, to ensure the center's success.

What We Are Looking For:

• Freshers to 3 years of experience in training, teaching, or communication training roles.
• Strong command of communicative English and digital literacy.
• Excellent soft skills and the ability to teach them effectively.
• Passion for helping young women develop their skills and secure employment.
• Ability to conduct assessments and maintain detailed records.
• A team player who is willing to engage in various center activities to promote a positive learning environment.
