About Grow:Grow is the flagship program of Dr. Reddy's Foundation, aimed at skilling the youth of India. This program is designed to develop employability skills among unemployed youth who have completed their 12th grade or graduated. Our goal is to equip these young individuals with the necessary skills to secure jobs in the private sector. The core employability skills we focus on include:

• Interview Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions based on the predefined session plan to identified youth.
• Develop and impart skills and knowledge on the identified subjects as per the designed curriculum.
• Prepare learners to confidently face interviews.
• Conduct concurrent assessments to measure students progress.
• Maintain data related to training and other activities.
• Participate in center activities, such as organizing Parents Meet, following up on retention, and collecting training feedback, to ensure the center's success.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in training, teaching, or communication training roles.
• Strong command of communicative English and digital literacy.
• Excellent soft skills and the ability to teach them effectively.
• Passion for helping youth develop their skills and secure employment.
• Ability to conduct assessments and maintain detailed records.
• A team player who is willing to engage in various center activities to promote a positive learning environment.
