Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality live training sessions on QA Automation and Selenium Testing.
- Managing the pace with the training curriculum and course content tailored to the program's objectives and industry standards.
- Guide learners through real-world automation testing, framework design, and debugging techniques.
- Develop hands-on exercises that align with industry needs and best practices.
- Mentor and guide learners through hands-on coding, project building, and solving real-world problems.
- Prepare learners for job interviews, testing & coding assessments, and technical discussions.
- Track learner progress, conduct assessments, and provide feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and experience with automation testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages used in test automation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry and training experience.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- Prior experience in conducting training sessions and creating content is preferred.
- Industry certifications in QA or Automation Testing are a plus.
- Fluency in Telugu is required, along with strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
