Job Title: Trainer (Life Insurance / Stock Broking Domain)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic trainers to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, specifically in the Life Insurance or Stock Broking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the Life Insurance or Stock Broking domain.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of KPIs, KRAs, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
- Provide insights into basic training terms such as Throughput and Attrition, and explain the calculation methods.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track training progress and performance improvements.
- Regularly evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Domain Expertise:
- Utilize a minimum of 2 years of BPO experience and at least 1 year of domain-specific experience as a Trainer (Life Insurance or Stock Broking).
- Keep up to date with industry standards and practices.
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Able to clearly communicate complex information and ideas.
- Work Environment:
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, 6-day working week environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO on paper.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Life Insurance or Stock Broking domain as a Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, TNA, TNI, and training-specific metrics like Throughput and Attrition.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
