The Candidate should be handling

following roles independently-

1.Training schedule planning

2. Providing training for enhancement of competency level of engineers

3. Branch visits for technical training and knowledge requirement

4. RCA findings and communication with RCA team

5. Knowledge centre for technical guidance.

6.To meet customerservice support satisfaction.

7. To enhance knowledge base of service team.

8.To improve RCA quality and eliminating ADQ issues.

9.Have Completed QTQ Course.
