Job Description

For star health insurance outbound sales process

Any insurance sales backgrounds person loan,

credit card and insurance can be consider

Qualification HSC/ graduate

Offer salary 25 k to 35 k in hand

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, agents, and customers on health insurance products, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip agents with the skills and knowledge to effectively educate customers.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health insurance industry and ensure training programs reflect changes in regulations, policies, and products.
  • Respond to questions and provide support to agents and customers
