We are seeking a talented and experienced Control System Engineer who is passionate about research to join our growing team. The Control System Engineer Trainer will provide training for graduates who wish to learn control system aspects of robotics to develop their skills and knowledge as Control System Engineers within Genrobotics Advanced Robotic Research and Learning Centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Equip the students with the necessary expertise in control system principles specifically relevant to robotics.
- Enhance their proficiency in MatLab software.
- Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges in robotics.
- Cultivate effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with other engineers and researchers.
Key Skills
- Basic skills in MATLAB, Raspberry-pi, Arduino and any micro-controller.
- Must have C/C++ programming skills and should be good in mathematics (linear algebra, Fourier transform, Matrics, differential equations and Basis vectors).
- Understanding about MIL, SIL,PIL and HIL in Matlab and to integrate them with Model based design.
- Understanding in LTI system and its properties.
- Understanding in Time Response analysis, Frequency Response analysis, Steady-state Error analysis and stability analysis (using poles and zeros)
- Knowledge in PID controller and its analysis with different tuning procedures and control algorithm development.
- Knowledge in state space modelling, Transfer Function modelling and state variables and controllability and observability analysis in Control System.
- Basic understanding in sensor fusion, sensor calibration and sensor filters.
- Basic understanding in the working of sensors such as encoder, ultrasonic sensor, temperature sensor and accelerometer and gyroscope unit Basic understanding in kinematics and dynamic equation for any robot.
Requirement
- Qualification: Masters degree in Electronics Engineering/ Pursuing PhD
