Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and passionate CAD Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CAD software and a strong ability to teach and mentor others. As a CAD Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring participants gain the necessary skills to effectively use CAD tools in their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs and materials for various CAD software (e.g., Catia,AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for individuals or groups, catering to different skill levels from beginners to advanced users.
• Assess the training needs of participants and tailor sessions accordingly to meet their requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, helping them to troubleshoot issues and improve their CAD skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CAD technology and incorporate them into training programs.
• Create and maintain a library of training resources, including manuals, guides, and online content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify CAD training needs and develop specialized training sessions as required.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical.
• Proven experience as a CAD user and trainer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• In-depth knowledge of various CAD software applications (e.g. Catia, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and priorities.
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring others.
• Relevant certifications in CAD software (preferred).
