Trainer - Air Hostess / Cabin Crew

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer - Air Hostess / Cabin Crew. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs for aspiring air hostesses and cabin crew members. This includes conducting classroom lectures, providing hands-on training, simulating real-life scenarios, and evaluating trainees performance. The Trainer will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding trainees throughout their training journey.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of aviation industry practices, procedures, and regulations
• Experience as an air hostess, cabin crew member, or trainer in the aviation industry
• Ability to create engaging training materials and simulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
