Job Description Summary
Trainee-L&D will support the design, content development and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing the learning journey of our employees. This position will also support the initiatives and projects undertaken by the L&OD team not limited to wellness session, library portal, documentation , data analysis and MIS. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in various functions of L&D , OD and Talent Management.
Job Description
Support the L&D team in conducting the TNI assessment and identifying the training programs
Coordinate with training partners to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs and materials, collaterals, branding/ teasers/ posters etc
Manage the training processes including planning, execution and evaluation
Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops
Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants
Follow up on training activities and maintain training records including trackers
Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with SMEs to develop content for training modules
Plan and organize wellness sessions to promote well-being
Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including preparation of reports, updation of trackers, presentations
Oversee special projects such as Library, Endo's Got Talent etc
Handle the PR/PO processes related to training activities
Act as a FAA and create and maintain documents in Compliance Wire
Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time
