Job Description

  • Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment.
  • Responsible to taking care of HR operations like attendance and payroll.
  • Responsible for admin works like arrange meeting and conducting trainings
  • Knowledge on sourcing profiles from different portals like Naukri, Linked-In, Apna etc.
  • Schedule interviews (Face to Face / Telephonic / Virtual) based on the Department Heads availability.
  • Knowledge about salary negotiation,
  • Recruit candidates as per approved budget by management.
  • Knowledge on Training and development.
  • Knowledge about onboarding and induction
  • knowledge about performance management system.
