Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee/Intern to join our HR Recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes while working in a dynamic and professional environment. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, learn recruitment best practices, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  1. Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  1. Job Posting and Branding:
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  1. Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate details and hiring statuses.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for recruitment activities.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Provide feedback on recruitment processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in developing new strategies for candidate sourcing and engagement.
  1. Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Ensure completion of all pre-joining formalities.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Foundit, Naukri, LinkedIn) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
