Trainee - Human Resource

Job Description

  • Assist the recruiter for scheduling interviews and candidate follow-ups.
  • Assist with the new joiner onboarding & induction process.
  • Help organize and maintain personnel records in compliance with HR regulations.
  • Manage & Resolve queries releated to employee attendance and leave applications. - Zoho People/ Bio-Metric/ Registor
  • Handle engineer shift management
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and team-building events.
  • Conduct employee surveys, eveluvate and publish the result. Organize corrective action/ improvement as needed.
  • Evaluate employee engagement activities, measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and implement measures as needed.
  • Organize Employee HR meets & Town hall meets.
  • Assist with arrangement of the training programs and skill workshops for employees.
  • Manage work anniversaries and monthly reward programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with all follow ups & coordinations with employee/manager/vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resource functions.
  • Prior internship experience in Human Resource is an added advantage.
