Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Trainee Financial Trader. Once qualified as a Financial Trader you will be responsible for conducting trading activities, analyzing market trends, making investment decisions, and managing financial portfolios. The role will require close monitoring of market movements and timely execution of trades. The Financial Trader will also be responsible for hedging strategies and risk management.

Qualifications:

Strong mathematical and statistical skills

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field

PHASE1: INITIAL TRAINING PROGRAM

1. Access to our Beginners and Advanced Online Training Course.

2.Two 1-1 coaching sessions with one of our experienced financial traders and lead educators.

3.Access to Daily zoom sessions for live news feeds, tips, and expert analysis.

PHASE 2: INITIAL EVALUATION PROCESS

$100,000 Demo Account

Qualification Profit target: 10%

1. Minimum 30 trading days

2. Minimum 30 trades

3. Max draw-down 5% of the initial capital.

4. Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.

PHASE 3: FINAL EVALUATION PROCESS

$100,000 Demo Account

Qualification Profit target: 8%

1. Minimum 30 trading days

2. Minimum 30 trades

3. Max draw-down 5% of the initial capital.

4. Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.

PHASE 4: EMPLOYMENT PROCESS

Trade Live Company Capital Account: Minimum $100,000 - $1m

Max draw-down 20 % of the initial capital.

Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.
