Responsibilities:
Attend customer calls, understand their problems, and resolve issues telephonically.
Address and sort software-related issues.
Configure API settings and port settings.
Maintain the service complaint register in Excel format.
Update closed complaints on a daily basis.
Keep records of Field Service Reports (FSR) in filing.
Deduct used materials against FSR from engineers stock.
Maintain courier details and create courier delivery challans.
Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) report in Excel.
Generate calibration reports for PUC machines.
Send Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and spare quotations to customers.
Generate electronic invoices (e-invoices).
Review of engineers voucher of travelling expenses & processing for payment and record maintenance in Excel file.
Taking a follow on Outstanding collection.
