Trainee- Cloud Operations will be:

Responsible for service request/ incident management in 247 cloud operations

Responsible for Mailbox / ITSM ticketing tool management

Responsible for CSP Customers & subscriptions

Responsible for handling On-Call duties

Contributing to internal process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT

Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester

No current backlogs Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus.

Basic knowledge of ITIL is a plus.

Good Presentation and documentation skills are a plus.

Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US Shift)
