Trainee - Client Enablement to join our Business Development team in Kochi/Trivandrum. The chosen candidate will reach out to potential customers, address queries, and nurture positive client relationships. We are looking for someone who can effectively gather essential information from clients and uphold healthy work relations with them.
Responsibilities :- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
Responding to queries.- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Build rapport with potential customers.
- Identify potential leads through effective conversation.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Stay updated on industry trends, product/services knowledge, and sales techniques.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal.- Telephone and Email Etiquette
Highly goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
- Must pay strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies is essential- Capable of representing the company professionally.
