Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and recommend improvements to business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Solution Design:
- Develop and propose solutions to meet business needs and work with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of these solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Testing and Validation:
- Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and identify any issues that need resolution.
Requirements:
- Master s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
