Could you be the full-time Train Performance Manager in Hyderabad we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive railway engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll act as the main technical focal point for our customers on train performance topics. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (System Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, Engineering Metier Leaders), lead operational analysis, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of ensuring that train performances meet customer and regulatory requirements, but also lead train system development and validation.
We'll look to you for:
Conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train level requirements & specifications
Collaboration with Sub-Systems Groups for functional analysis, specification, and architecture
Guidance to System Engineers and Sub-Systems Engineers towards project life cycle convergence
Leadership in verification and validation activities at system level
Resolution of technical issues during train revenue service
Contribution to Certification and Authorization processes

Master of engineering or equivalent educational degree, complemented by industry experience
Extensive knowledge of railway products, projects, systems, and company background (More than 5 years in Railways engineering)
Proficiency in Business English

Ability to navigate complex environments and make efficient decisions
Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel as required
