Could you be the full-time Train Performance Manager in Hyderabad we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive engineering and railway systems expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll be the central technical point of contact for our customers, ensuring train performance and functionality exceed expectations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (System Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, Engineering Metier Leaders), lead operational analyses, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of the development and validation of train systems, but also contribute to Certification and Authorization processes.
We'll look to you for:
Acting as the main technical focal point for train performance topics
Leading the development of train level requirements & specifications
Ensuring the design of sub-systems aligns with project targets
Overseeing verification and validation activities at the system level
Managing technical issues during train revenue service
Contributing to the optimization of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) where applicable

A Master of Engineering or equivalent degree
Experience or understanding of railway engineering with more than 5 years in the field
Knowledge of Alstom's products, projects, systems, and processes
Familiarity with customer relationship and technical management
Business English proficiency
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex environments
