Job Summary

Job Title: AssistantManager: Traffic Controller/Procurement

Reporting To: Head: Reefer

Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years

Location:Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience-

• 5+ years of experience in Cold Chain/Reefer Industry.
• Thorough knowledge of the areas of Route Optimization.

Vendor Development-

Responsible for managing a company's supply chain, including procurement, sourcing, and sales.

Identifying and selecting suppliers and negotiating rates.

Monitor and track movements of all shipments till delivery and returns load in case of dedicated fleets.

End to end tracking of the trucks till the time it gets unloaded at respective destinations.

Co- ordinate with transporter/ Insurance team in case of accidents and ensure all the required documentation are completed and submitted in time.

Ensuring that all processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Follow up for ATH & BTH.

Ensure POD is collected on time.
