Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams on the basics of Forex/CFD markets, trading principles, and LSSR's product offerings.- Educate people on the fundamentals of Forex/CFD products, including currency pairs, leverage, margin, and risk management.
Create a detailed curriculum covering all aspects of cryptocurrency trading, Stock Market, Forex, and commodities, including technical analysis, fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading strategies.
- Develop course materials, presentations, and assignments.
Facilitate hands-on trading exercises or simulations to help students apply their knowledge in real trading scenarios. Offer guidance and feedback on students trading activities.- Conduct training sessions on LSSR's specific products and services, ensuring employees understand how to utilize and promote them effectively.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed to reinforce learning and address specific knowledge gaps.
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
