URGENT HIRING: TRADEMARK PARALEGAL

JOINING: IMMEDIATE

We, at BLUE INKK (Advocates & IPR Attorney) are looking for Trademark Paralegal with a prior experience of 1 year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and filing electronic Trademark Application, Affidavits, Trademark Assignments, renewal etc.,

Preparing Trademark objection Replies

Maintaining Diaries for due dates, performing trademark search, and trademark watch for opposition matter, trademark portfolio management,

Performs searches of the trademark journal and Trademark Database

Support attorney to prepare documents pertinent to oppositions, cancellations and litigation.

Preparing and sending email to clients and govt. department.

SKILLS:

Good analytical skills with pro-active and organized working style, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to work as part of team.

Location: Noida Sector 3, Near Noida sector 16 Metro Station.

CTC: As per industrial practice and negotiable for the deserving candidate
