Designation : Trade Marketing Officer-Mixed
Overall Experience: 2-6 Years of Experience in sales or field marketing with team handling Preferably MBA or Graduate in case of relevant experience of minimum 2 years at similar position
Role:
- Handling team of Demand Generation Associates to generate demand from retail site business
- Enrolling 50 Architects in Loyalty program & achievement of 1 cr business through NXT GEN service pitching in an year
- Responsible to achieve monthly business generation plan of all DGA's at individual level
- Plan and Implement training programs for DGA's on Product, Schemes, Skill Developments, Consumer Pitching & Contractor Handling etc.
- Daily operational Reporting of DGA's on their plan vs achievement KPI and guide them to take corrective action wherever required.
- Driving Loyalty by handling different category of Influencers through DGA team
- Ensure DGA wise monthly Contractor's Participation as per target
- Ensure DGA tracking on daily basis Site visits, dealer visit & contractor visits.
- Ensure each team member carry healthy Lead Pipeline and take proactive action in case of any gap in any of team member's lead funnel
- Market visit with local DGA
- Independently handling of 50 Architects of base location and drive business through them.
- Ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his division.
- Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications Ensure Painter/Contractor secondary schemes communication .
- New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at Painters/contractor point
