Description
We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-9 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the Indian job market context. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Manage the production of marketing materials and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-9 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the Indian job market context
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering marketing materials within budget
- Experience in training and mentoring junior marketing staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
