Job Description

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and trade events, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to understand competition and customer preferences
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored trade marketing initiatives that support their objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for trade marketing activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives
  • Train and guide the sales team on marketing strategies and objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Marketing Head should have:

  • At least 8 years of overall experience in the business services sector
  • Open to Delhi NCR as a location, WFO
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and performance analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, from a top tier school.
