- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Not from a BPO background

- B.Tech in any stream(Added Advantage)
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Preferred:
- Exposure to automation tools
- Familiarity with Power BI/Power Query
- Experience in training on any software platform
- Soft Skills:
Intermediate to Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain reports
- Automate data processes to improve efficiency
- Train team members on data analysis tools and techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
