Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecom Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Must have experience working with telecom engineering roles i.e RF engineers, transport engineers, OSP engineers etc.
- Strong experience in creating Boolean strings.
- Sourcing the candidates through various channels (i.e ATS, job boards, social media), databases, referrals etc.
- Review technical competencies and skill levels to determine which consultants would be the best fit for our clients.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates to gather information about their abilities, qualifications, and skills.
- Assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best match them with open positions.
- Create written reports that detail candidate advantages and disadvantages.
- Maintain a candidate pool and stays on top of network-building activities to place candidates into the right roles.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Min 2 years of experience recruiting for telecom industry specific roles.
- Proficient with ATS (job Diva), Job boards and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will prefer someone who has exp working on Some AI tools.
