Position: TPA Executive & Patient Relations Coordinator
- Location: Bhiwandi,Thane MH
- Management:
- Liaise with various TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization, claims processing, and billing.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims.- Track and follow up on pending claims and resolve issues related to denials or rejections.
Maintain up-to-date records of TPA agreements, tariffs, and policies.
- Provide regular reports on claim status, reimbursements, and outstanding amounts.
- Patient Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding insurance and billing inquiries.
Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and benefits.- Address and resolve patient complaints, grievances, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
Collect patient feedback to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate patient and insurance records in the hospital information system.
Coordinate with the finance and billing departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment reconciliation.- Prepare and present reports on patient feedback, complaint resolution, and TPA interactions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in patient relations and TPA management.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Promote a patient-centric culture within the hospital.
Train and support staff in handling patient inquiries and issues related to insurance and billing.- Implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.- Experience in TPA management, healthcare insurance, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of health insurance policies and medical billing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.- Proficiency in using hospital management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Pay: 11,947.38 - 20,376.18 per month
