Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Specialist at Smita Holidays in Pune, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar & Latur. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, marketing, and travel and tourism. They will assist customers in planning their trips, provide recommendations, handle bookings, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
