As a Tour Package Executive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and selling travel packages that meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure that each package offers an exceptional travel experience while achieving company sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Create and customize travel packages based on client requirements, market trends, and seasonal promotions.
Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, ticketing, and documentation.
Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed and communicated to clients in a timely manner.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience:
Minimum 1 year in travel sales or tour package management; experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
