Develop, implement and administer benefits program and the relevant support activities
Assists with planning and implementation of annual benefits enrollment process, including set up of vendors, employee communications, and other activities.
Be responsible for the Forcepoint India Pension administration tasks
Be responsible for reconciling/processing benefits invoices and working closely with payroll to ensure accuracy of benefits deductions.
Be responsible for creating, analyzing, and/or delivering benefits reporting to vendors, key internal stakeholders, and 3rd parties.
Assist with preparation of data and information for annual reporting/participant notification requirements, HR audits, and other compliance needs as required.
Support the Global Compensation Manager on global compensation programs and tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees with requests and queries using the HR ticketing system.
The role is also required to support the Leave of Absence programs to ensure compliance with policy and applicable laws and at times, support efforts to improve and document processes and provide an exceptional employee experience.
Performs other related duties as required.
What you will need:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years related global benefits experience
Experienced with MS Office, including Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Facility with quantitative data analysis
HRIS - Workday experience a plus
Highly organized and efficient and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
