Role
The purpose of your role will be implementing the Total Rewards strategy by designing/restructuring of employee related policies & processes and manage policy automation projects.
A purpose driven role for you
- End to End planning and execution of benefits , provide expertise and insight to leadership on employee benefit program
- Administer daily operations of employee benefit programs, continuous enhancement of employee benefits
- Manage operational responsibilities to provide customer service to employee benefits be administered in cost effective manner
- Responsible for ensuring the employee mobility is delivered in compliance with both internal and external regulations
- Manage expectations for Hiring managers, and the moving employees on the move activities.
- Bring useful market intelligence, advise on available mobility options
- Ownership of complex assignment arrangements, new country setup or adaptation of current process / policy to adhere to ad hoc changes
- Drive Inspired diverse culture with engaged workforce

Academic Qualification & Experience
- 4-6 years out of which 3-4 Years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices for India & Global Markets
