Job Description

  • 7N is hiring for a Tosca Consultant for the Bangalore location (Could be Remote).
  • Experience range -7+ Years

Must Have Skill Area:Tricentis TOSCA and LiveCompare.

7+ years of relevant IT experience covering specification, design, application development, and maintenance of IT solutions in large organizations.

4+ years of working experience on TOSCA(installing and managing) AND LIVECOMPARE

TOSCA admin certification for installation and more would be an added advantage.

Practical knowledge of the TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE platform and administration on the same.

Hands-on experience in working with Incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL).

Practical knowledge of working in the GxP system is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.

Ability to and interest in collaborating and communicating with external parties, primarily customers, vendors and consultants.

Responsibilities: -

You will also be responsible for:

Providing technical expertise and guidance for solving complex IT issues in the TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE platform.

Serving as the point of contact for any technical activities on TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE and also collaborating with the vendor. Providing technical advice for incidents/problems related to TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE. Proactively managing the incident and problem management process for TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE.

Manage projects and programs related to specialized areas, ensuring objectives are achieved within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

Set up and perform installation of Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare

Maintain Tosca and LiveCompare Server - Modify, repair, or remove.

Manage and install On-Prem licenses and license server management.

Configuring and managing all the Tosca and LiveCompare components.

Administration console management.

Rest API services and usage.

User setup and management.

Basic server management.

Responsible for driving Incremental Innovation and supporting continuous improvement in the incident, problem management, and application management Tasks. You will be responsible for covering specification, design, application development, and maintenance of IT solutions

Acting as a technical subject matter expert for TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE, collaborating with and challenging the vendor when necessary. Supporting the system manager during audits/inspections. Implementing Application improvement areas and supporting the business in error finding and bug fixing. Supporting the system manager during the change and release of RIA.
