Position Title: Tool Service Executive

Compensation Range: 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Tool Service Executive to join our team in the automotive manufacturing sector. The role requires expertise in tool design and a strong focus on providing efficient and effective tooling solutions to support production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tool Design and Development: Design and develop tools required for manufacturing processes, ensuring functionality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Tool Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve tooling issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections on tools to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tool designs, modifications, maintenance activities, and performance evaluations.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for tooling services, including procurement, repair, and customization as per project requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all tooling activities.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in tool design and maintenance within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tool design.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling materials.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot tooling issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
