2. Collecting used tools from line with all data for tool change and fill In tool wear protocol with concern signature.
3. Tool setting as per line requirement.
4. Tool inventory Check Out and check IN Process in TMS
5. Trouble shooting for all breakages filling trouble shooting report with corrective action taken and action plan from concern.
6. Tool trials monitoring & data collection - Should be aware of trial running and filling of trial monitoring sheet regularly.
7. Premature failure reporting to team leader.
8. Scrap report filling for used tools and hand over to commercial concern.
9. Scrap report filling for used tools and hand over to commercial concern.
10. Ensure Adjusting Screw For All Tool Assemblies.
11. Entry of tool change data in TMS by scanning QR code on holder.
12. Trolley standarisation - labelling 1s/2s.
13. 1s/2s of defined area - As per defined.
14. All Mandrels Assembly, Cleaning after every Setup change and Inspection.
