Job Description
- Experience in Press Tool & Die, Sheet metal processes.
- Hands on experience on conventional machines (Milling,Grinding,Drilling).
- Should be proficient in Tool & Dies manufacturing process.
- Able to read and understand GD&T drawings.
- Understand the basic Sheetmetal problems like Wrinkles,Thinning,Crack,Springback.
- Experience in Die trials(Tryout),Part Proving,Comissioning of Dies, Part checking on checking fixtures.
- Good hand skill in grinding, burr correction, arc welding, Flame hardening.
- Should have good analytical skill
- Knowledge about press operating.
- Flexible to work in all shifts.
