Support in driving cost savings initiatives in the plant to improve employee engagement and promote innovation culture in the plant
A purpose driven role for you
- Monitoring the plant performance parameters and ensuring the PDCA
- Contribute in preparation of Annual Budget (Revenue & Capex)
- Conduct defined audits in the plant to identify gaps and strengthen the improvement areas
- To monitor the improvement projects progress and collaborate with stakeholders for required support.
- To handhold colleagues for smooth adoption of excellence practices (TPM, ISO etc.)
- Coordinating the Plant visit of the dignitaries

Academic Qualification & Experience
We are looking for B.TECH candidates only for this role.

Technical Skills/Knowledge
Intermediate-level knowledge & proficiency in Quality Management Systems, TPM (Core Manufacturing Pillars), DWM, Problem solving tools, Kaizen, visual
Intermediate-level knowledge about TQM , Policy Management
Intermediate-level knowledge about HMCL manufacturing processes
Behavioural Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Behavioral Based Safety Approach
- planning and decision making.
