Ensuring uninterrupted Utility Supplies to plant manufacturing facilities during shifts, those supplies shall be most cost effective & efficient. In doing so we use environment friendly, safe processes in a morale boosting atmosphere for working manpower.
Understating energy use and consumption concepts and ensuring optimization.
Basic analytical skills to understand energy performance and ensuring adherence

Academic Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in electrical Engg with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
- Robot Operations / SCADA System
- Knowledge about CNC and PLCtrouble shooting
- Safety protocols exposure for handling of electronics parts
- Hand on experience of Fanuc Controls, Mitsubishi PLC , HMI,VFD
- Exposure on Grinding , CNC Drilling, VMC
- Honing, Induction Hardening, Robots, Spot &Seam Welding Machines,
- Experience on Marposs On line Gauging System
- Experience in CNC, PLC controls of Mitsubishi
FANUC, Siemens and Mechanical Assemblies)
Behavioural Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Behavioral Based Safety Approach
- planning and decision making.
