• Operating & setup of machine.
• Ensure safety of operator and working area of machine
• Setting of Press & Inspection machines.
• Ensure Daily Production targets as per plan.
• Problem solving / Trouble shooting to achieve shift production targets.
• Ensure OEE targets & Focus on improving OEE.
• Training of new employees & Employee skill up-gradation.
• Drive towards Zero Defects Process / Product / System Deviations
• Daily Scrap monitoring & reporting.
• To achieve departmental goals & Targets.

Formal

prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education

etc.)

DME / BE Mechanical with 7+ years of experience.

Tasks

(Description of main tasks)

• To meet the daily production targets.
• To meet the customer complaint target.
• Ensure 5S on respective area.
• To set & operate the line as per requirement.
• Work in team & maintain discipline on shopfloor.
• Ensure documentation of respective line.

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks

assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.
