Position: Title Searcher / Senior Title Searcher/U.S. Mortgage.We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Title Searchers or Senior Title Searchers.
Conduct title searches using tools such as Netronline, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Points,
and other relevant platforms.- Perform and analyze current owner, two-owner, and lien searches.
Execute limited and property searches with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in title search tools and methodologies.- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts. Immediate availability is preferred.
Expertise in title search tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
